How are my products delivered?
All products on this website are digital products. Digital products are not physically shipped, and will be instantly available for download after purchase. They are not refundable. Please read all details before ordering your digital product, and make sure you are familiar with working with that file type.

I generally will be able to reply to your email very quickly, although in some circumstances it may a few hours or the next business day.
